Using advanced machine learning to analyse company culture.

When it comes to company culture, talk is cheap. Sull et Al (2020) found that although 80% of the companies they analysed had positive company values, there was no correlation between stated and actual values.

One way to understand if a company walks the talk, is to look at how their employees are talking. By analysing employee language, we can get a sense of the actual values that have permeated the culture and made their way into employee vocabulary.

Our proprietary CultureTech tool uses machine learning to analyse employee language from a variety of sources, building a detailed picture of your company culture. It highlights a number of positive and negative cultural traits and shows how the company is performing across the Four Pillars of Culture.
